H Hotel El Nido - Vegan Friendly Hotel Managed by H Hospitality Group

This hotel is not just a place to stay; it’s a home away from home. The staff are the heart and soul of this place, and each and every member is truly amazing. Dani and I became especially close, but everyone went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning, and the restaurant offers a fantastic free breakfast. I enjoyed nearly every meal there. After leaving the island, I found myself returning just a few days later because I missed my newfound family. El Nido has captured my heart.

I'm a very frequent traveller and this has got to be the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we approached the building it was a great impression with the doorman being very friendly and attentive! The team at the front desk were extremely hospitable, offering us cooled towels on arrival and explaining all the services and amenities available without any upsell-y vibes. We immediately felt like valued guests! The rooms are gorgeous and well equipped with Dyson hair dryers and other premium goods. The view of El Nido bay is unbeatable - your room doesn't face it, it's on show from the rooftop bar too. Regardless, it's worth visiting the bar as the cocktails and food are fab (the gambas appetizer is extra delish!) and the staff are so friendly and generous with local recommendations. We booked our tours (A & B) through the hotel and couldn't rate the experience more highly. The boat crews went above and beyond! And the prices are the same as booking elsewhere. We were very grateful for the free local airport transfer particularly as we had a very early flight out. When arranging the shuttle, the team generously offered to have breakfast prepared for us the night before as the restaurant wouldn't be open yet. This is the first time I've ever experienced of this level of service. On the ground floor restaurant where the complimentary breakfast is served, all the dishes we tried were delicious (to non vegetarians/vegans too) but the pancakes are some of the best I've ever had. I cannot wait to come back and visit more H Hospitality properties.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at H Hotel El Nido, and I must say, it was an experience of a lifetime. From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in the warm and welcoming ambiance of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and their attention to detail and hospitality left me in awe. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and took care of every need I had. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities one could ask for. The breathtaking view of the bay from the balcony was a sight to behold, and I found myself mesmerized by the natural beauty surrounding me. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the town center and the beach. I loved how easily accessible everything was, and I appreciated that I didn't have to go far to explore El Nido's many wonders. I cannot recommend H Hotel El Nido enough, as it exceeded all my expectations and provided me with an experience I will cherish forever. Thank you, H Hotel El Nido, for a memorable stay!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This was hands down the best hotel experience of our entire life! The staff were so friendly, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and memorable for my wife and I. From day one, we knew we were in very good hands. The room itself was modern, clean, and like something out of a magazine. The unobstructed ocean view from our room looked like a post card and photos could not even do justice to the beauty of seeing it for yourself. The rooftop was so stunning, with delicious drinks, amazing music, exceptional service and phenomenal ocean and mountain views. It was so cool to see over the entire town! The hotel is very centrally located and we were easily able to walk to anywhere in town, usually in just a few minutes. Shout out to the front staff - Lorraine, Dani, and Ened for helping us with absolutely anything we needed and over delivering on customer service. Thank you for arranging for our free airport shuttle, helping us book all of our activities, and for all of your fantastic recommendations. You are incredible! We originally booked our stay with H Hotel because it was a Vegan hotel but we had no clue just how incredible the experience was going to be. The restaurant was so beautiful, the food presentation was stunning, and the food itself was delicious! The restaurant staff were so warm and welcoming every time we dined there and we dined there a lot! Needless to say, we spent a lot of time in the restaurant, on the rooftop, and in our room taking in the views from our balcony. It was sad to say goodbye to the front desk staff, the restaurant staff, and the hotel itself. They felt like our little El Nido family. I can’t imagine any hotel in El Nido being better than this one. We highly recommend this hotel, you will not regret it!

Review: 10/10 – Best Hotel in El Nido The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of El Nido, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The staff is absolutely outstanding – incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely people. They are truly dream hosts who made our stay so special. The only critique we have is the price-to-value ratio. The room size, in relation to the price we paid, felt a bit disproportionate. However, we must say that the breakfast was excellent – everything is vegan, and the quality was impressive. A special thanks to Sky at the reception, who remembered our names and greeted us personally every time. We found this incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. Despite the price concern, we decided to give 10/10 because we absolutely love this hotel and will definitely come back. It’s undoubtedly the best hotel in El Nido, and our stay was truly enjoyable.
