While the room I stayed in was not grand in size, it quickly became apparent that the hotel had opted for comfort and efficiency over unnecessary square footage. The modest room size was overshadowed by the thoughtful layout and design, which made it an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the city. What really set the H hotel apart was its unrivalled location. Nestled amidst the bustling city, this establishment is a foodie's paradise. The streets surrounding the hotel were filled to the brim with local restaurants, all within a 100 meter radius. This accessibility to local cuisine allowed me to indulge in an authentic dining experience without ever having to stray far from my base of operations. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast at Ver De. Each morning I was greeted with an array of tempting selections, catering to both local and international tastes. The culinary prowess on display at Ver De made for a delightful start to my days at the H hotel. As the sun started to dip below the horizon, I found myself drawn to the Piece Of Sky Bar. This rooftop treasure, with its panoramic city views, became my nightly ritual. The sunsets I witnessed from there were awe-inspiring, and the cityscape under the twinkling stars was nothing short of magical. Despite the size of the room, the superb location, stellar dining options, and the breath-taking view from the Piece Of Sky Bar contributed to an immensely enjoyable stay. The charm of H hotel definitely left an impression on me, and I am looking forward to returning soon. The staff were so friendly, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and memorable for my wife and I. From day one, we knew we were in very good hands. The room itself was modern, clean, and like something out of a magazine. The unobstructed ocean view from our room looked like a post card and photos could not even do justice to the beauty of seeing it for yourself. The rooftop was so stunning, with delicious drinks, amazing music, exceptional service and phenomenal ocean and mountain views. It was so cool to see over the entire town! The hotel is very centrally located and we were easily able to walk to anywhere in town, usually in just a few minutes. Shout out to the front staff - Lorraine, Dani, and Ened for helping us with absolutely anything we needed and over delivering on customer service. Thank you for arranging for our free airport shuttle, helping us book all of our activities, and for all of your fantastic recommendations. You are incredible! We originally booked our stay with H Hotel because it was a Vegan hotel but we had no clue just how incredible the experience was going to be. The restaurant was so beautiful, the food presentation was stunning, and the food itself was delicious! The restaurant staff were so warm and welcoming every time we dined there and we dined there a lot! Needless to say, we spent a lot of time in the restaurant, on the rooftop, and in our room taking in the views from our balcony. It was sad to say goodbye to the front desk staff, the restaurant staff, and the hotel itself. They felt like our little El Nido family. We stayed at this hotel in El Nido for five days in November as a group of friends and booked two rooms. The rooms were stunning, beautifully furnished, and equipped with modern amenities like a Smeg kettle, Dyson hairdryer, and more. Every day, we received fresh bottled water, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was outstanding. Although the menu is fully vegan (and I’m not vegan), the experience exceeded all expectations. There was an impressive selection of pancakes, muesli, smoothies, and more. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Sky and Nette, who made our stay truly memorable. The hotel also offers a free airport transfer service, which worked flawlessly. Hotel is ideally located near the port, where boats depart for boat tours. We booked all our island-hopping tours directly through the hotel, which was extremely convenient. The evening before, we’d select our lunch preference for the boat trip, and the next morning, the guide would pick us up. The hotel even provided complimentary towels for the tours, which we could return later at the reception—a thoughtful and practical service. The rooftop terrace is breathtaking, with a panoramic view of El Nido Bay. You can enjoy meals there from their restaurant or even order from a nearby Chinese restaurant. With so much to do within the hotel itself—delicious food, incredible views, and even an on-site massage service—we could have easily spent the whole trip just enjoying the amenities. This was truly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Nido. It’s an unforgettable experience!

From the moment we approached the building it was a great impression with the doorman being very friendly and attentive! The team at the front desk were extremely hospitable, offering us cooled towels on arrival and explaining all the services and amenities available without any upsell-y vibes. We immediately felt like valued guests! The rooms are gorgeous and well equipped with Dyson hair dryers and other premium goods. The view of El Nido bay is unbeatable - your room doesn't face it, it's on show from the rooftop bar too. Regardless, it's worth visiting the bar as the cocktails and food are fab (the gambas appetizer is extra delish!) and the staff are so friendly and generous with local recommendations. We booked our tours (A & B) through the hotel and couldn't rate the experience more highly. The boat crews went above and beyond! And the prices are the same as booking elsewhere. We were very grateful for the free local airport transfer particularly as we had a very early flight out. When arranging the shuttle, the team generously offered to have breakfast prepared for us the night before as the restaurant wouldn't be open yet. This is the first time I've ever experienced of this level of service. On the ground floor restaurant where the complimentary breakfast is served, all the dishes we tried were delicious (to non vegetarians/vegans too) but the pancakes are some of the best I've ever had. I cannot wait to come back and visit more H Hospitality properties.

H hotel is a brand new hotel situated at el nido centre, pretty much the best location in town. although there was some last min maintenance going on during our stay, it did not affect our experience at all as the repair work was only carried out during day time when we were out and about. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. I love the decor especially - modern and sleek. Their restaurant Ver De serves only vegan dishes but the selection is amazing with beautiful plating, and I can say it’s the best vegan restaurants I have ever been to! We were also very lucky that the rooftop bar Piece of Sky was opened during our stay, their cocktail is delicious and you can enjoy 270 panoramic view of El Nido beach. Last but not least, the service was top notch, big shout out to the hotel manager PJ who was exceptional, and catered to our requests 24/7. not only did he gave us F&B vouchers, but also organised in-room couple massage service. He also arranged pick up and drop off service for us to make sure we got to the 2nd hotel okay. The smiles and warmth of all staff at H hotel will be missed!
